These are: to have your priority for housing assessed and to be able to bid for properties that become available.

Your information is held on a secure computer system which is accessed by staff in the Council’s HomeChoice team and relevant staff with partner landlords. You are able to see the information recorded about you, except where it is exempt under the legislation. More information is available through this link.

We would only share your information without your consent in the most exceptional circumstances, such as if there is a risk of harm, threat to life, or where we are legally obliged to do so including to prevent fraud.
